Payment Methods
- Credit and debit cards: We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express or Discover. Please note that we use various tactics, including third party verification companies, to confirm all orders against fraud. Should your order be flagged as possible fraud, you may incur a delay in your order's processing and shipping time. We do NOT ship to transhipment addresses.
- Paypal: Please note that we only ship purchases to Paypal verified addresses. Click here and see section titled "How a buyer can confirm an address".

Shipping & Delivery
- Shipping Options: We offer complimentary ground shipping on all Fruitz watches shipped within the US (excluding Hawaii and Alaska)! Additional shipping options are available during checkout; price and availability depend on your location and the type of service you choose.
- Order Processing & Actual Shipping Times: We begin processing your order on the same day, if your order is completed and verified* before 12PM EST M-F on a regular business day. We begin processing your order on the following business day, if your order is completed and verified* after 12PM EST M-F on a regular business day, on a Saturday, on a Sunday or on a US Public Holiday. *We take our customers’ privacy and security, and credit card fraud, seriously. Your order may be flagged by our anti-fraud department. In such a case, your order may be delayed for up to two business days, for the purposes of completing the verification process. If your order is delayed due to verification, shipping charges which may have been impacted will not be refunded. Note that we verify both billing and shipping addresses, such that if you submit an alternate shipping address, your order may be delayed. Your order will generally be shipped out within one to three business days pending verification. Shipping time also depends on merchandise warehouse location. Note that we fully insure all products we send to you during transit.
- Arrival at your address: You will be required to sign the package with your cardholder signature and show identification when it arrives at your address. Once your purchase has been shipped, address changes are not permitted. 3-day, 2-day and Next-day deliveries are only operated on business days. So for example, a 2-day order processed on Thursday is delivered on Monday.

Taxes & Duties
- For orders shipped within Florida only: As a Florida-based company, we are legally required to collect a sales tax (7%) on all orders shipped within Florida. If your order is being shipped within Florida, this tax will be added during the checkout process. The sales tax does not apply to all orders shipped outside the state of Florida.
- Duty / importation taxes for international customers: International orders are subject to applicable import duties, taxes and customs. These costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. FRUITZ is not responsible, and does not assess, duties/taxes imposed by countries or regions outside the United States. The final value of an order, provided by FRUITZ, ONLY includes the item/s prices and shipping costs. Simply contact your local customs office to find out whether you need to pay additional taxes or duties.

Warranty Policy
- Duration of coverage: FRUITZ timepieces are individually examined to ensure superb quality. We warrant each timepiece against defect in materials and workmanship for a period of TWO (2) years from the date of purchase from an Authorized FRUITZ Dealer. Our new Natural Frequency Technology disk is warranted for a period of FIVE (5) years from date of purchase against defect in material and craftsmanship. Tampering with the Natural Frequency disk by any persons outside the FRUITZ network of authorized service centers is strictly prohibited and will result in termination of the associated warranty, even if outside of the timepiece’s original 2 year warranty.
- Repairs and replacements: We agree to repair or replace any defective part without charge. We reserve the right to replace the product with like grade, model, or quality of item if original product is no longer available.
- This warranty does not cover: 1) Batteries; 2) straps or bracelets; 3) watch crystals; 4) damage resulting from normal wear, accident, misuse, abuse, lack of proper maintenance, lack of reasonable care, damage during shipment, or any other matter beyond the direct control of FRUITZ; 5) repair services performed by unauthorized repair facilities. No responsibility is assumed for any special, incidental, or consequential damages. Repairs that do not fall under the warranty should only be performed by FRUITZ Authorized Repair Centers (ARC). Any services performed by unauthorized persons during the warranty period may result in termination of the warranty at the sole discretion of FRUITZ.
- Note: Failure to maintain these conditions will nullify and void the FRUITZ International Warranty. This warranty replaces any other warranty, written, oral, or implied by some countries local law. Some countries may not allow limitations of incidental or consequential damages; therefore, the information would not apply.
- Return & Exchange Policy & Procedure
- Our approach: Returns and exchanges are a natural occurrence in E-Commerce. We work tirelessly to ensure that you enjoy your experience with us, as you receive top quality products at the best prices from us. We take our promise and pledge of customer satisfaction seriously, and honor all the terms and conditions mentioned on this site. We will do everything in our power, to the best of our ability, to resolve any issues, if for some reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase.
- To qualify for a return/exchange: We only accept requests for returns or exchanges for watches purchased from the official Fruitz website, www.FruitzWatches.com. All other requests for returns or exchanges will be declined. If you would like to return or exchange a watch that you did not purchase from www.FruitzWatches.com, please contact the retail store from which you purchased it. You will only receive a refund/exchange on an item that has not been worn, altered (such as by engraving initials or adding/removing links) or used in any way. We do not refund or exchange “Final Sale” products. You may exchange a product up to two times. In the event that you exchange a product for an item of greater value, you are required to pay the difference.
- Credit amount: If the watch qualifies for a refund, your account will be credited for the purchase price, minus shipping charges, even if you did receive free shipping.
