Hi there!  I’m the Date, aka the “Drupe”, because my inner pit is surrounded by an outer, edible flesh, which just happens to be scrumptious and flavorful.  They say “good things come in small packages”; although I may seem insignificant, I’m actually a fantastic source of dietary fiber and can assist in balancing the digestive system and lowering cholesterol.  My traditional, rich colors make me the perfect watch for one who appreciates classic beauty.
