LICORICE SORBET

Hello!  I’m the bitter-sweet flavored, pungent and aromatic Licorice Sorbet.  I am made from the licorice plant, which was first cultivated in Spain, during the 9^th century, a popular flavor used in both savory and sweet dishes in medieval times.  As a timepiece, my looks are striking and strong, much like the licorice plant that inspires me.
